Will this tape work where the vinyl flooring is coming up at the seams?
Yes it should work on curling vinyl floor, but it better to just use construction adhesive to tack down the vinyl sheet.
Please note: you need to make sure that the floor doesn’t have any dirt, mud or sand, because the tape won’t stick properly.
If you want this tape to hold your loose vinyl sheet for a very long time, make sure to sweep the floor and wipe it with a wet cloth to get rid of all the invisible dust.
