  1. A lot of people keep saying that waiting 24 hours is way long, well it is recommended to wait at least a day, so the floor won’t wear or tear sooner than its life span.

    Another important thing is to use some kind of furniture feet protector because furniture can easily scratch the floor especially if you have kids or dogs.

    I have two German shepherd dogs and they enjoy sliding the chairs which ruins the floor, buying furniture pads has helped me a lot.

  10. I made a mistake of putting the furniture too soon after installing vinyl flooring in my house and I regret doing so because I ended up wasting a lot of money trying to repair the floor.

    My floor was making funny noises after a week of installation than I called the guy who installed it for me, guess what? He told me that it was my fault because I had to wait at least two days.

    I would highly advice people to at least 24 hours or else they are going to be very disappointed.

    You can’t install new floor and put the furniture within the same day, let the floor adjust for 24 hours, 24 hours is not that long, it just a day.

    I don’t mean to be rude but, are you telling me that you can’t wait just for a day? I rather wait than be sorry.

    You probably need those furniture pads anyway, you don’t have anything to lose, if you want to keep the furniture from scratching your newly installed floor than you need those pads.
