How to clean hardwood floors pet stains

How to clean hardwood floors pet stains

Hi everyone, today I’m going to tell you what I think is the best way to clean or remove pet urine and stains from hardwood floors.

After searching and searching for the best way to remove pet urine from my hardwood floors, I did find a lot of different solutions online but none worked for me.

I have tried quite a few methods such as using, vinegar, hydrogen peroxide and several types of cleaners but nothing worked until my mom told me to try the Nature's Miracle Dual Action Hard Floor Stain & Odor Remover.

After talking to my mom I immediately went to amazon to first read the Nature's Miracle customer reviews just to hear what other people were saying about it.

I honestly didn’t buy the Nature's Miracle just because my mom told me too but I only bought it after reading the customer reviews since a lot of people who have also used it to clean pet urine on hardwood floors were recommending it.

I would also advise you to go to amazon and check it customer reviews and hear what other people are saying, you are going to be very amazed by the reviews since about 92% percent of people who have used it are highly recommending it as well.

You can click here to read the customer reviews from amazon… it is very important to read customer reviews before buying anything online so you can advise getting ripped off.

The only thing I can promise you about the Nature's Miracle is that you are not going to have a single regret from spending your money on it, this stuff is worth every penny.

The reason I’m recommending this is because I have told about two of my neighbours to try it and they both told me that it worked for them too that why I’m very positive that it will work for you as well.

Things that I love about this cleaner:

  • It worked after trying a lot of different methods that didn’t work
  • It works on both cat and dog urine or even rabbit urine, basically this works for any type of pet urine
  • It is super cheap, anyone who have hardwood floors can afford this stuff, even a homeless person can buy this
  • It won’t damage your hardwood floors
  • It also will get rid of the bad pet urine smell
  • It is easy to use
  • You won’t have to mix it with anything
  • It will eliminate the stain and odor on hardwood floors
  • It won’t damage the finish on your hardwood floors
  • It also works on painted patio floors
  • It also works on laminate wood floors
  • It works on bamboo engineered flooring too
  • It is safe on slate flooring
  • I also can be used on ceramic floors
  • It can also break down dog poop on your hardwood floor

Things you need to know about this cleaner:

It is only for pet urine stains… it doesn’t work when using it on other hard to remove stains like dirt. It was only designed to eliminate pet urine odors and remove pet urine stains.

If you have laminate wood floor, make sure to wipe up quickly and not let anything soak in to the cracks where laminate is the most vulnerable

It is toxic, if you are looking for a non-toxic product then this product is not for you, the reason I say it is toxic is because it does say *harmful if swallowed*.

The manufacture says that it is safe for pet but I would advise you to always use water over it after you have cleaned up.

It was made with *water, bio-enzymatic odor-lock, oxygen boosters, isopropyl alcohol and fragrance*, all these ingredients are very safe for hardwood floors so you really don’t have anything to worry about.

Things that I don’t like about this product:

  • Sometimes this doesn’t work when you first apply it that why you need to use it multiple times, don’t just use it once and say it doesn’t work.
  • It is not recommended to use it on plywood, the plywood need to be sealed before you use this
  • It doesn’t sanitize

How to use this cleaner effectively when cleaning pet urine?

If you have heavy pet urine stains, apply very liberal amount to the spot and let it sit for a few minutes, don’t blot or wipe it straight away after applying it.

If the pet urine smells really bad, you need to apply it on the spot and let it sit for at least 20 minutes before you wipe it off, if the smell doesn’t go way then respray it the next day and make sure to not mix it with anything else.

Please note: this won’t completely eliminate the pet urine smell when you first use it that why you need to try it multiple times.

What if this doesn’t work for you?

If this product doesn’t work for you, then you need to apply hydrogen peroxide and make sure to do it with cotton ball then leave it overnight after that applyNature's Miracle the next day.

Please note: only use small amount of hydrogen peroxide

Will this work on old urine soaked?

My brother recently moved in a rental and the previous owners let their dog urinate on the floors and it smelled really bad then I told him to buy Nature's Miracle and he told me that it worked. If it worked for my brother, then it will probably work for you too.

My reasons you need to by this product:

The reason I highly recommend Nature's Miracle from regular pet urine destroyer formula is because this is safe to use on finished hardwood floors since it doesn’t ruin or dull the finish.

After trying a lot of different online solutions that didn’t work, the Nature's Miracle is the only product that worked, it cleaned my pet urine stains and poop stains better than everything I’ve tried that why I highly recommend it.

What to do if everything I’ve told you doesn’t Remove pet urine on your hardwood floors?

You will need to buy NM Urine Destroyer and Residue Eliminator, its stronger and mostly recommended for pet urine on hardwood floors.

The reason I didn’t recommend the NM Urine Destroyer and Residue Eliminator is because I haven’t tried these two since the Nature's Miracle Dual Action Hard Floor Stain & Odor Remove worked for me.

After trying vinegar and hydrogen peroxide with no luck, I finally found your article and bought nature's miracle as you recommended and I’m happy to tell you that it also worked for me too, it didn’t work the first time I applied it but it worked after trying it for the third time.
