Yes it is very safe, it will remove that duct tape residue within seconds without discoloring your floors, so you really don’t have anything to worry about.
How dangerous is this to your health?
Just wear a mask and use protection gloves, than you won’t be exposed to any chemicals. I’ve used it more than 5 times and it has never given me any issues.

This product is a Denatured Alcohol, it was designed to clean or remove residue or dried paint.
There are hundreds of Denatured Alcohol product to choose from on amazon but not all Denatured Alcohol are safe to use on laminate floor that is why you need to be very careful.

There is no such thing as a perfect product, I’m pretty sure the Klean strip is not perfect, but the only thing that I can promise you is that, it won’t ruin your laminate floors. If it worked for me when I used it to remove duct tape residue than it should also work for you too.
